Face the Future Foundation works to transform the lives of Chicago-area children with cleft palate and craniofacial anomalies by facilitating access to state-of-the-art medical care and by supporting related research and education.

Gifting smiles, building brighter futures, and transforming the lives of children is the mission of the Face the Future Foundation. The Foundation supports the UIC Craniofacial Center in the care and treatment of children born with craniofacial anomalies and related challenges.
